Discription and applications:
Semi-Basic, agglomerated flux specializing for X60-X70 degree pipe material welding, it adopts AC/DC. The welding wire is connected to the positive electrode when used with DC. It has nice welding technical performance with stable electric arc, and the features of good slag detachability, and perfect welding seam forming. Matching with suitable welding wires(H08C, H08MnA, H10Mn2, H08MnMoA, H08Mn2MoA) can be used for pipe steel such as X52, X60, X65, X70. It can be used to multiple-layer welding, double-face single way welding, multi-wire and SAW in narrow clearance.

1. Before welding, fluxes should be baked for 2 hours at 300-350°C.
2. Removal of rust, oil, water and impurities etc. in welding area.
